  Full out door renovation, completed by JKR Construction....with tiling around pool, building pump room, outdoor bathroom, double gas fireplace, stairs, drainage, electrical work, roof alterations, garden beds, side & front fencing, ground leveling, and under pinning the split level home, as the block is very steep. Magnificent Job!!! Nothing looks like an add on to the home & all looks like it was originally built at the same time. Considerable time and calculations to ensure correct levels on the block, due to the home being split level and cut into the side of the hill! We have now reclaimed so much of our unusable land and have a beautiful large area to entertain and enjoy. We could not recommend JKR enough and very much appreciate the quality of workmanship. Joey and all of his employees were a pleasure to deal with and we welcome anyone to come & see his work.

  We worked with Joe to build our second family home. The service and communication was excellent; nothing was ever an issue. The quality of product and workmanship was of high level. We would not hesitate to recommend JKR Constructions to anyone thinking of building a new home.

  JKR Constructions recently completed the construction of my new home. Joey was professional, helpful and really collaborative. The workmanship and attention to detail was outstanding. JKR really put pride in their work and the result is something that couldnt be achieved with most other builders for a comparable price. I would recommend JKR to anyone!

  My wife and I bought into South Brisbane with the hopes of increasing our rental returns by adding a 'granny-flat' to our investment property. Joey (from JKR) shared his intimate knowledge of the area, opening our eyes to the greater opportunity of a duplex construction, improving our returns. From that point forward, Joey managed the project from design to turn-key-construction to final approval. JKR's construction is of outstanding quality, competitive on price and was completed in 3 months. Furthermore, Joey's approach to the build saved us both money and time, and educated us along the way. Without a doubt, we look forward to building with JKR again.
